PoshFest FAQ

Q: When and where is PoshFest happening?

A: PoshFest 2020 will be the first-ever virtual Poshmark conference, taking place on October 2 & 3, 2020. 

 

Q: How will I join PoshFest virtually?

A: Once you purchase your virtual PoshFest ticket you’ll receive a confirmation email with Zoom registration instructions. To access the conference, you will be required to register with Zoom. 

 

Q: I am in Canada. Can I attend PoshFest?

A: Yes! PoshFest is open to both Canadian and U.S. residents. If you are in Canada, purchase your ticket here.

 

Q: Will tickets sell out?

A: Tickets are limited and are sure to sell out fast — last year, we sold out in under 3 days! The sooner you snag yours, the better.  

 

Q: Are tickets refundable?

A: All ticket sales are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No refunds or exchanges can be accommodated.  

 

Q: Can I sell my ticket?

A: Unfortunately, Poshmark will not facilitate the transfer of any tickets.

 

Q: Can I participate if I don't purchase a ticket?

A: Yes! We will be livestreaming all main sessions for free on our YouTube channel.

Q: What’s on the agenda this year?

A: We’ll be sharing the full lineup soon! Check out the agenda page to get a glimpse of what the day could look like!

 

Q: Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

A: You will receive a confirmation email after purchasing a ticket. It’s possible that the email was marked as spam. Be sure to check your spam folder first before emailing us at events@poshmark.com.

 

Q: How do I apply to speak at PoshFest?

A: Please fill out this application and we’ll be in touch if there's an opportunity. The deadline to submit your application is on August 28th at 11:59PM PST.

 

Q: What time zone are the streamed sessions shown?

A: PoshFest will be streamed in PST. Stay tuned for agenda and timings!

 

Q: Will sessions be recorded to view at a later time or do I have to attend at the designated time? 

A: Certain content may only be available during the live virtual event, so we encourage you to join us live for maximum engagement.

Q: When will my swag box arrive?

A: Your swag box will be shipped to you between 9/16 and 9/30 to the address provided at registration.


Q: How can I access the private networking group?

A:  You will receive a link to access the closed Facebook group moderated by Team Posh. Please note — a Facebook account is required to access the networking group.


Q: Where can I submit my Hackathon ideas?

A: Stay tuned for more details!
