What is PoshFest?


PoshFest is Poshmark's annual 2-day conference for entrepreneurs, where members from our vibrant community can connect, discover, share, and thrive. At the event, attendees will virtually hear Poshmark success stories, gain business-growing tips, meet their PFFs (Posh Friends Forever), and SO much more!




I am not based in the U.S., can I still attend PoshFest?


Yes, PoshFest is open to everyone.




Are tickets still available?


Tickets are limited. The sooner you snag yours, the better. Virtual tickets are still available until October 8.




What's on the agenda this year?

When is PoshFest happening?


PoshFest 2021 will be held virtually on October 8 & 9, 2021.




What will the cost be for tickets?


U.S. Pricing: Virtual-only tickets are $49 USD. CAN Pricing: Virtual-only tickets are C$49.




Why haven't I received a ticket confirmation email?


If you've purchased your tickets and haven't received your confirmation email, be sure to check your spam folder. Be sure to whitelist any emails coming from Hopin. If you need any further assistance, reach out to events@poshmark.com.





VIRTUAL POSHFEST QUESTIONS

Is there an age requirement for virtual attendees?


The minimum age requirement for virtual PoshFest attendees is 13.




Are virtual tickets refundable?


Tickets for virtual programming are non-refundable and non-transferable.




How will I join PoshFest virtually?


The virtual experience will be held on the Hopin platform. Please note, once you've secured your ticket, you'll need to create a Hopin account to access the event. After you've created your account and logged in, navigate here, and you will see a direct link to the event. Need help getting started? Check out our step-by-step guide here.




What time zone will the streamed sessions be shown?


PoshFest will be streamed in PT. Check out the agenda for the day here.




Can I sell my virtual access ticket?


Tickets for virtual programming are non-refundable and non-transferable.




Will PoshFest sessions be available to view later?


All sessions will be recorded and available to stream until Thursday, October 14 through Hopin.




Where is my PoshFest swag box?


Due to our vendor experiencing delays with production impacted by the disruption to global supply chains, we regret to inform you that there will be a delay in receiving PoshFest 2021 swag boxes. We are closely monitoring the situation and working with our third-party vendor to minimize this delay, and hope to have this to you as quickly as possible. IN-PERSON CANCELLATION POSHFEST QUESTIONS

Why did Poshmark make the decision to move PoshFest to a fully virtual experience?


Your safety and health is our top priority. Based on the recent CDC reports regarding the transmissibility and surge in cases of COVID-19 Delta variant, we have decided to make PoshFest 2021 a fully virtual experience. The PoshFest virtual experience will be packed with engaging content. Discover invaluable business-building tips, connect with Poshers around the world, hear from our impressive lineup of community and special guest speakers, and more, all from the comfort of your own home.




What happens to my in-person ticket?


All in-person tickets have been refunded. If you have not received your refund, please email us at events@poshmark.com.




What happens to my hotel reservation?


All reservations at the Hyatt Regency Orlando will need to be canceled 72 hours prior to the first day of your booking to avoid incurring any charges. If you have made reservations at another hotel, please contact them directly for their cancelation policy.




When will my refund be processed?


In-person tickets will be refunded by Friday, August 20th. Please allow 3-10 business days to see the refund reflected on your billing statement.
