GENERAL POSHFEST QUESTIONS
What is PoshFest?
PoshFest is Poshmark's annual 2-day conference for entrepreneurs, where members from our vibrant community can connect, discover, share, and thrive. At the event, attendees will hear Poshmark success stories, gain business-growing tips, meet their PFFs (Posh Friends Forever), and SO much more!
I am not based in the U.S., can I still attend PoshFest?
Yes, PoshFest is open to everyone! You can attend virtually or in person in Orlando.
Will tickets sell out?
Tickets are limited for both the virtual and in-person experiences. We expect them to sell out fast; last year, we sold out in under 4 days! The sooner you snag yours, the better.

When and where is PoshFest happening?
PoshFest 2021 will be the first-ever hybrid Poshmark conference, taking place on October 8 & 9, 2021, in-person in Orlando, or virtually from wherever you are.
What is a hybrid event?
The PoshFest hybrid event experience gives our community a choice in how they wish to participate. We will host both an in-person experience in Orlando and a virtual experience online. When you purchase your PoshFest ticket, you can choose whether to attend in person or online.
How did you make the decision to make it a hybrid event?
The theme of this year's PoshFest is "connection" so it was important to us that we make the event accessible to everyone. Attendees can join us virtually or, for those comfortable, join us onsite in Orlando, Florida. Either way, we're excited to host you!
What will the cost be for online and in person tickets?
U.S. Pricing: In-person tickets are $269 USD. Virtual-only tickets are $49 USD. Virtual-only tickets with a swag box are $89 USD.
CAN Pricing: In-person tickets are C$325. Virtual-only tickets are C$49. Virtual-only tickets with a swag box are C$89.

IN-PERSON POSHFEST QUESTIONS
Where is PoshFest happening?
PoshFest 2021 will be held in Orlando, at the
Hyatt Regency Orlando located at 9801 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819.
Is there a host hotel?
Yes, we've partnered with the venue hotel, the
Hyatt Regency Orlando, to offer rooms at a discounted rate. A limited number of rooms are available at this special rate, so
book your room before it's too late.
Will tickets be sold at the door?
Unfortunately, tickets will not be sold at the door.
Are in-person tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the in-person event is canceled or your local COVID restrictions do not permit travel. Tickets for the in-person event may only be transferred one time. If you'd like to transfer your ticket, please contact us at
firstname.lastname@example.org. Ticket transfers are available through Monday, September 20th.
Is there an age requirement for in-person attendees?
The minimum age for in-person PoshFest attendees is 13. The minimum age requirement for the Posh Party after the conference is 21+. A valid government issued ID or passport is required for entry to both the conference and the Posh Party.
How did you make the decision to host PoshFest in Orlando?
We selected Orlando for PoshFest 2020. However, due to the pandemic, we postponed the event (venue included) to 2021.
How will you be keeping in-person attendees COVID safe?
Our first priority is the safety and health of our attendees, sponsors, speakers and staff. This venue is an accredited
Global Biorisk Council (GBAC) facility. We are working closely with the Orlando venue to ensure PoshFest abides by
COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the CDC and any additional local guidelines.
What will the capacity breakdown look like for online and in person capacity?
The majority of our attendance will be virtual. Onsite capacity will be limited and based upon current social distancing measures and the capacity cap established by the venue.
Will masks be required for in-person attendees?
All attendees will be required to abide by the latest CDC health and safety guidelines. While guidelines may evolve before the October event date, the current guidelines require masks be worn by those who are
unvaccinated and suggested for those who are fully
vaccinated. We will be sure to update the event page should these guidelines change.
Will it be socially distanced?
The venue's current policy requires a minimum of three feet between seated guests. Should these requirements change, we will update our website.
Will vaccinations or testing be required at the event? If so, will proof be required?
Currently, we are not requiring in-person attendees to be vaccinated or tested for an October event, which is in line with common practice in the events industry today. We are closely monitoring CDC guidelines. Should the CDC's vaccine and testing guidance for large gatherings change, we will update the PoshFest website with new protocols and information.
For those attendees traveling to PoshFest from outside of the U.S., we strongly urge you to check your local and federal guidelines for travel into and out of the U.S. as these guidelines are country-specific and evolving.
